Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by WearStars for every product in our store.
Before shipment, we will check the quality and brand of each piece clothing to avoid any possible problems.
When you receive a product with low quality or being damaged, you can contact us to resolve these problems. Also, you can request a full refund and return the item (the buyer pay the shipping costs).
The following situations are not included:
- An item you claim that is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
- Items are just as described, but you no longer want them.
- You need pay double shipping for exchanges if there is no problem of quality
